We are in the process of developing our first low fat high protein venison meat pack which will be delivered to your door in a poly bin for $68.  In the pack you will find: 500gms prime vension mince, 500ms venison schnitzel, 500 grams of backstrap butterfly steaks, 4 venison patties and 500gms Award winning venison sausages.  This will be available at our markets and shows and on line within the next few weeks. 2013 Season Review

Basecamp News 2013

The Red Stags are beginning to rub up their velvet and showing off their hard antler.

This year Hunters’ have been bringing in a wide variety of meat to be processed into Salamis etc.  We have had Chamois and Thar from the S. Island and plenty of Duck breasts from the North – to name but a few.

The $40 return courier deal with Fastways is by far the most economical way to send chilly bins.  Hunters, please  ring the Basecamp office (07 552 0013) with your details so that your chilly bin can be registered with Fastways.

Basecamp will also manufacturing Biersticks (pepperoni & garlic)  in addition to salamis, smoked sausage, BBQ sausages from all wild game.
